Cancelation policies

In case of cancellation of the reservation, it must be duly notified to the lodge through our e-mail: penthouse1004@gmail.com

1) Within 7 days before the date of your reservation, 100% of the amount paid is charged as a penalty. If you haven't made an advanced payment for the first night, it must be paid through a payment link or via Paypal.

2) The period that includes between 8 days and 20 days prior to your reservation, 50% of the advance payment received will be recognized for rescheduling, there is no refund.

3) The period between 21 to 30 days before to your reservation, 75% of the advance payment received will be recognized for rescheduling, there is no refund.

4) If you cancel your reservation 31 days or more in advance , 100% of the deposit received will be recognized for rescheduling, there is no refund

Relevant clarifications:

In exceptional cases of impossibility to travel on the rescheduling date, a request for reimbursement of the corresponding percentage of the amount paid may be processed but only under the following conditions: a) the reimbursement will be made through payment in three (3) equal, monthly and consecutive installments, the first of which will be due thirty (30) days after receipt of the request; b) it will be in Argentine currency (AR$) and c) there will be a 5% discount for taxes debited.

 Promotions and reservations made under the pre-trip program are subject to rescheduling only. They are not refundable under any circumstances.

Rescheduling in all cases is subject to tariff changes and availability.

Only one (1) modification per reservation is allowed. No changes can be made within 15 days before your reservation.

Changes in schedules/dates and cancellations by the company of your air or land transfer must be duly demonstrated through the sending of the company's notification.
