Cancellation Policy

THIS DOES NOT APPLY FOR CANCELLATION DUE TO COVID-19.

If the cancellation occurs:

  • within 7 days prior to the reservation date, there is no refund of the amount paid. If no advance payment has been made, the value equal to the first night of your stay, must be paid as a cancellation charge.  

 

  • Between 8 days and 20 days prior to your arrival date, 50% of the paid deposit will be acknowledged for rescheduling your reservation.

 

  • Between 21 and 30 days prior to your arrival date, 75% of the paid deposit will be acknowledged for rescheduling your reservation.

 

  • 31 days or more prior to your arrival date, 100% of the paid deposit will be acknowledged for rescheduling your reservation.

 

In exceptional cases of inability to travel on the rescheduling date, the request for reimbursement of the corresponding percentage of the amount paid can be processed. If applicable, the refund will be made through payment in six (6) equal, monthly and consecutive installments, the first of which expires sixty (60) after receiving your request.

Promotions are only subject to rescheduling. They are not refundable under any circumstances.

Rescheduling in all cases are subject to rate changes.

Only one (1) modification per reservation is allowed. Within the 15 days prior to your reservation no modification can be made.
